Do I need a card to start?
No. Your first 14 days are free and you can use every feature of your plan. Pay only if you decide to keep your shop.
How do I pay for my plan?
From My subscription in your back office: scan the payment QR code or make a bank transfer, then upload the slip. We confirm it and your plan continues.
How do my customers pay?
You choose: they pay you first by bank transfer or QR, or pay cash when the order arrives.
Can I change my template later?
Yes. Try any template in a live preview, then switch with one click. Your products, orders and customers stay the same.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Every shop also gets a free address like yourshop.chabhuoy.shop.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your back office shows how many days are left. Pay from My subscription to keep your shop open. If the trial ends without payment, your shop may be closed to customers until you pay; your products, orders and customers are kept.
